Cindy Marie Martin

I hold a BA in Communication Arts from Concord University in Athens, WV and a Certificate in Interior Design from UCLAx. I'm also a 200 RYT through Yoga Alliance, working on my 300 hr YTT through Asheville Yoga Center.

As a designer, I endeavor to provide clients on a limited budget with creative solutions to enhance their space that are both stylish and inspiring. I also create theatrical set designs.

As an adjunct dance instructor at Davis and Elkins College, I try to expose students to the musical and cultural traditions and historical context of a dance genre through lecture, reading, video, and movement exercises. I'm also passionate about yoga and helping people incorporate functional movement in their lives.

I've worked as an actor in theatre and film since 1999 and have co-produced seven films for Ningen Manga Productions, an independent filmmaking boutique specializing in narrative genre films. For our last feature film, I received the Best Supporting Actress award for my role as Sandy in The Last of the Manson Girls at the Tampa Bay Underground Film Festival.​
